This is a short notice for the CasaBooks beta. It is not a certification, a data-processing agreement, or a claim that we are registered with the ICO or any other authority.

What we collect on beta signup

If you join the beta from the website, we collect your name and email so we can contact you about the trial.

Records in the product

If you use CasaBooks, your organisation’s records are private to your organisation and stored with the product. They are not kept only on your own device.

AI

Casa AI may propose text or classifications. A person reviews those suggestions before they become trusted records.
